摘要
科技工作是应用型大学建设、发展中的关键所在,学术立校是办好大学的根本,学术是教师的立业之本,是做好教育教学的关键。学术水平的提高需要科技工作的大力支撑与保障,应用型大学的科技工作要适应学校的人才培养定位,将科学研究与人才培养相结合,在岗位聘任、职称评定、工作考核等方面制定鼓励的配套政策,引导教职员工向着正确的目标努力。
Scientific research is an essential factor in the construction and development of application-oriented university. Academic research is the basis of university and fundamental qualification of teachers as well as key elements of education and campus service. The improvement of academic research is supported and guaranteed by scientific and technological work,which should adjust to the orientation of talent cultivation. Scientific research should combine with talent cultivation,and incentive policies should be made in post appointment,title evaluation and job assessment to guide the staff to the right direction.
