摘要
苏州工业园区是中国与新加坡两国合作建设的开发区。在20多年的发展过程中,借鉴新加坡的发展经验,取得了良好的发展效果,城市管理效果良好、经营效益优异。但是,在发展的过程中,也逐渐暴露出一些新的问题,例如改革力度弱化、与苏州的协同发展不够、原创性发展动力不足等等。为了把握新的历史发展机遇,苏州工业园有必要从人口管理、资源集约利用、加强与苏州市的协作、鼓励全面创新及探索中新合作新模式等方面全面探索与改革。
Suzhou Industrial Park is the development zone constructed by China and Singapore. In the past 20 years, it has achieved good results in urban management and operation efficiency by learning the experiences from Singapore. However, it also gradually exposed some new problems in the process of development, such as the weakening of reform efforts, the lack of coordinated development with Suzhou, the shortage of development motive force and so on. In order to grasp the new historical opportunity for development, it is necessary for Suzhou Industrial Park to explore and reform from the population management, resource intensive utilization, strengthening the cooperation with Suzhou, encouraging the comprehensive innovation and looking for new model of cooperation with Singapore.
