摘要
用聚乙二醇(PEG)1000作为添加剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了二氧化钛薄膜,通过改变PEG的含量得到不同微观结构的薄膜,进而研究了PEG的含量对二氧化钛薄膜光催化性能的影响。实验结果表明:在30 m L钛溶液中加入0 g、0.3 g、0.6 g和0.9 g(PEG)1000制备的薄膜中均主要含有锐钛矿型二氧化钛晶粒,其中溶胶中加入0.6 g(PEG)1000制成的TiO_2多孔薄膜孔穴均匀分布,薄膜的表面平均粗糙度为9.11 nm,光催化性能最高,在180 min内对罗丹明B的降解率达到90.6%。
TiO2 thin films were prepared by sol-gel method using polyethylene glycol(PEG) 1000 as the additive. To obtain different microstrueture TiO2 film by changing the amount of PEG. Moreover, researching the effects of different amount of PEG on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films. The results showed that 30 mL titanium solution with the addition of 0.6 g (PEG) 1000 prepared TiO2 films which mainly contained anatase phase TiO2. The TiO2 porous thin film~ hole distributed evenly and the average surface roughness is 9.11 nm, the photocatalysis performance of it is highest. The deeolorization rate of Rhodamine B was 90.6% by the excellent photocatalysis performance of TiO2 porous thin films in 180 min.
