基于Fénix法的胶乳掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料抗开裂性能影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 在公路建设中,乳化沥青冷再生混合料可作为一种柔性基层或中下面层,要求具有一定的承载能力与抗开裂性能。胶乳具备的粘弹特性,可提高乳化沥青冷再生混合料的抗开裂性能。本文基于Fénix法,研究胶乳掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料抗开裂性能影响,结果表明,当胶乳掺量小于3%时,对混合料抗开裂性能影响较小,胶乳掺量在4.5%左右时,抗开裂性能明显增强,建议胶乳掺量在4.5%为宜。 Emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures can be used as a flexible base layer or the bottom layer and requires a certain carrying capacity and cracking resistance in highway construction. The latex can be improved emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture cracking resistance because of its viscoelastic properties. Effect of latex content on emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture of cracking resistance based on Fenix test was studied. The results show that there is little effect for emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture cracking resistance when the latex content less than 3%. However, it significantly enhances cracking resistance when the latex content at around 4.5% and recommend latex content of 4.5% is appropriate.
