摘要
近些年,随着利率市场化步伐不断加快和互联网金融冲击,信托业传统的依靠高利率形成的竞争优势正在丧失,其发展出路成为中国金融理论界与实践工作者争于寻找的答案。利率市场化对于信托业而言是机遇与挑战并存,利率市场化条件下,信托业的出路是依托自身条件,加快转型升级步伐,积极打造成以品牌为基础的专业财富管理机构,大力开展资产证券化和家族信托等创新型业务,加强信誉、品牌和人才建设,发挥自身制度优势,实现持续健康发展。
With the acceleration of interest rate marketization and the shock of Internet finance, China's trust industry relying on traditional high interest rate has been losing its competitive advantage recently, and theorists and practitioners in financial circle are struggling to seek the way of development of trust industry. As far as trust industry is concerned, there exist both opportunities and challenges in interest rate marketization. Under the condition of interest rate marketization, trust industry has to rely on its own conditions to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrade and actively evolve into professional wealth management institution based on brand, developing such innovative businesses as assets securitization and family trust, strengthening the building-up of credit, brand and talent, bringing institutional advantage into play and achieving sound and sustained development.
