摘要
覆土厚度对煤矸石充填复垦地表土中生物的活动具有重要影响.基于土壤呼吸速率在表征植物根呼吸和微生物活动方面的重要性,选择安徽省淮南市某煤矿塌陷生态修复区为研究对象,按照覆土厚度将研究区分为4类监测区:A区(20~40cm),B区(40~60cm),C区(60~100cm)和D区(大于100cm),分别测定其土壤呼吸速率、地表与土层(5cm和35cm)温度,以研究复垦土壤呼吸速率昼夜变化及其温度敏感性,为煤矸石充填复垦工程的表土厚度设计和土壤熟化技术应用提供理论依据.结果表明:土壤呼吸速率曲线均呈单峰形态分布,最低值为-0.08μmol/(m^2·s),最高值为9.22μmol/(m^2·s);煤矸石充填复垦土壤呼吸速率不随覆土厚度变化出现明显的规律性,土壤呼吸速率昼夜均值大小顺序为:C>B>D>A.A监测区土壤呼吸速率一直处于较低值,D监测区土壤呼吸速率上午快速增加,但下午14:00以后下降的速度明显快于其它3类监测区.60~100cm是研究区最有利于土壤生物活动的覆土厚度.不同覆土厚度监测区土壤呼吸速率与地表温度、5cm和35cm土层温度均存在指数型函数关系,相关系数在0.728 1~0.899 2之间,为极显著相关(P<0.01).A监测区土壤呼吸速率对温度的敏感性大于其它3类监测区.
Coversoil thickness is a key influence factor to organism activity in topsoil of reclaimed land filled with coal gangue.Based on the importance of soil respiration rate(SRR)in characterizing vegetation root respiration and microorganism activity,an ecological restoration site was selected from coal mining subsidence areas in Huainan of Anhui province to study SRR diurnal change and its temperature sensitivity.The experimental site was divided into four kinds of monitoring plots according to different coversoil thickness,which are A(20—40cm),B(40—60cm),C(60—100cm)and D(〉100cm).Moreover,the SRR,temperature of earth surface and the two soil layers(5cm and 35cm)were measured.The results show that SRR curve is a single peak distribution.The lowest value of SRR from experimental site is-0.08μmol/(m^2·s),and the peak is 9.22μmol/(m^2·s).SRR and coversoil thickness have in consistent change tendency,and SRR diurnal average value of different monitoring plots has a magnitude difference,namely C〉B〉D〉A.SRR from monitoring plot A has always been onalower level.Though it can rapidly increase during the morning in monitoring plot D,the falling speed after 14:00is obviously faster than the other three plots.Coversoil thickness of 60—100cm is most favorable for organism activity in reclaimed soil profiles filled with coal gangue in research areas.The relation between SRR,the surface temperature,and two soil layers’ temperatures meet exponential function,with the correlation coefficient between 0.728 1and0.899 2as the significant correlation(P〈0.01).Values corresponding to temperature sensitivity of SRR from plot A are higher than that of others.The research results can provide data foundation for topsoil thickness design and soil cultivation technique application of land reclamation project filled with coal gangue.
