摘要
在总结上海等城市三维地质调查项目"城市三维地质信息系统"建设经验基础上,借鉴Rational统一软件过程思想,提出了一种城市三维地质信息系统建设统一过程模型(UGIS-UP),给出了该统一过程的核心工作流、支持工作流,讨论了准备、实施等阶段的具体实施步骤,并以上海城市地质基础信息管理与服务系统研发为例进行了分析。UGIS-UP有效整合了数据收集整理、数据中心建设、三维地质建模、迭代式开发等工作流程及人员、项目管理、方法工具等要素,是一套有关城市三维地质信息系统交付、实现及有效项目管理的最佳实践方案,能够用于指导和规范相关系统建设,提升系统建设效率,降低风险。
This paper presents a unified process, UGIS-UP, for the building of 3D urban geological infor- mation system through learning from the building experience of Shanghai 3D urban geological information management and service system and Rational Unified Process (RUP). The paper introduces its core work- flow, supporting workflow and discusses the specific execution steps of particularly inception phase, im- plementation phase. Additionally, Shanghai is taken as an example for the analysis of the system construc- ting process. The UGIS-UP can effectively fuse the workflows including data collection, data center con- struction,3D geological modeling, software development, staffing, project management and methods and tools required in building the system into an organic whole. Facts proved that this process offers effective practices guidance for software and system delivery and implementation and for project management of 3D urban geological information system. The UGIS-UP can be used in guiding and standardizing the building of this kind of system, which can significantly improve the efficiency and lower the risk.
