摘要
煤矿高压水泵在起动过程中电流往往能够达到额定电流的4-7倍,对电网冲击较大,减少了机械和管路的寿命。针对这一问题,以山东枣庄煤业集团井下主排水泵房6 k V水泵改造项目为例,提出了应用高压软起动器的解决方案,阐述了6 k V高压软起动器具体的系统方案,通过应用证明该软起动器系统具有安全可靠、起动平稳、操作方便等优点,且具有友好的人机界面,在井下水泵应用场合具有推广意义。
Mine high pressure water pump in the starting process, the current is often able to reach the 4-7 times as big as rated current, it brings impact on the power grid, while reducing the mechanical and piping life. According to this problem,the 6 k V voltage soft starter specific system solutions in underground main pump room of Shandong Zaozhuang Ming Group was taken as example, the specific plan of 6 k V high voltage soft starter was expounded, the results showed that the soft starter had advantages of safe and reliable, stable start, easy operation, friendly man machine interface,with significance of the underground water pump applications.
