肝脏弥漫性血管肉瘤并脊柱多发转移1例 被引量：4

摘要 1病例简介女,59岁。主诉：右腰部疼痛1个月余,右上腹痛2d。临床表现：纳差、乏力、腹胀等,无发热、体重减轻。既往无肝炎病史及有毒物质接触史。实验室检查：HBs Ag（-）,谷草转氨酶50 U/L,谷氨酰转肽酶161 U/L,碱性磷酸酶166 U/L。影像学表现：CT检查（图1A-C）提示恶性病变,考虑转移瘤可能;上腹部MRI图像（图1D-K）提示肝脏多发实性占位性病变并椎体多发病灶,考虑肝细胞癌或转移瘤。患者行CT引导下肝脏穿刺活检术。
