果脯中亚硫酸盐检测能力验证研究

摘要 研究了果脯中亚硫酸盐能力验证样品的制备方法。以在制作过程中添加亚硫酸盐的方式制作杏脯样品,并通过冷冻干燥、均质粉碎、过筛、混匀、真空包装等手段进一步处理样品,制成粉状杏粉,进行均匀性和稳定性试验,样品能够满足能力验证要求。运用该样品成功开展了一次果脯中亚硫酸盐检测能力验证活动。 The preparation of proficiency testing matrix for Sulfites in preserved fruit has been studied. During the process, the preserved apricots were made by adding sulfites. The samples were dealt with through freeze-drying, homogenizing, grinding, sieving, mixing, vacuum packaging, and other techniques. The preserved apricots powder was undergone the experiments of homogeneity and stability. The results are satisfied. A successful proficiency testing activity of sulfites in preserved apricots was finished.
