矿井斜巷人车液压抱轨制动器的设计

摘要 为提高斜巷人车的制动可靠性,对斜巷人车的制动阻力及制动器参数进行理论分析,研制了一种新型液压抱轨制动装置。该装置利用两个水平的液压缸对称安装在钢轨两侧,轨道受力均匀、制动力大,且避免了制造及安装误差对抱轨制动的影响,可有效提高斜巷人车的制动平稳性及可靠性。 To improve the reliability of mancar brake in inclined shaft, brake resistance and brake parameters are theoretically analyzed, and a new type hydraulic railclamping brake device is developed. The device places two horizontal hydraulic cylinders symmetrically on both sides of the rail, so that the rail is uniformly forced and the braking force is large. In addition, the impact of manufacturing and installation error on the rail--clamping brakes will be avoided and stability and reliability of mancar brake in inclined shaft are improved.
