摘要
[目的]探讨互动式主题讨论法在高职护生基础护理教学中的应用效果。[方法]采用随机分组的方法,对照组沿用以教师讲授为主的传统教育方法,实验组运用互动式主题讨论教学法与传统教学法相结合模式,课程结束后采用理论考试和操作考核方法评估护生的基础护理专业知识和技能,采用教学效果问卷评估教学效果。[结果]实验组的理论考试和操作考核得分均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组护生的教学效果得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]互动式主题讨论教学法应用于基础护理教学可行且有效,它有助于提高护生的基础护理理论知识及实践技能,也有助于提高基础护理教学效果。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of interactive subject -seminar teaching method in basic nursing teaching of higher vocational nursing students. Methods: By using the randomized method, the students in control group received the traditional teaching method which was based on teacher instructing, while the students in experience group received the interactive subject -seminar teaching method combined with the traditional teaching method. At the end of the course, the theory exam and operation test were used to evaluate the knowledge and skills of basic nursing, and the teaching effect questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effects. Results:The scores of theory exam and operation test in experience group were all higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant between both groups(P〈0. 05). The difference of scores of teaching effects was statistically significant between both groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The application of interactive subject-seminar teaching method in basic nursing teaching was feasible and effective,it was helpful to improve the speculative knowledge and practice skills of basic nursing of higher vocational nursing students,and it also helped to improve the teaching effect of basic nursing.
