摘要
为减少林蛙资源的浪费,使林蛙废弃物得到合理利用,以中国林蛙长白山亚种新鲜林蛙皮作为试验原料,利用胃蛋白酶酶解法对林蛙皮胶原蛋白进行提取。结果表明:酶解时间对林蛙皮胶原蛋白提取率的影响最大。当提取过程中控制酶解时间、酶解温度和胃蛋白酶添加量分别为48h、30℃和1.5%时,所获海绵状胶原蛋白粗品的得率最高。经测定,林蛙皮胶原蛋白粗品在此条件下的提取率可达到26.92%。
In order to reduce the waste of frog resources and make reasonable use of the frog waste,fresh frog skins of Changbai Mountain Rana chensinensis subspecies were served as experimental materials,collagen protein of fresh frog skins was extracted by pepsin enzymolysis approach.The results showed that the yield of collagen crude products was the highest when enzymolysis time,enzymolysis temperature and the amount of adding pepsin was 48 h,30 ℃ and 1.5%,respectively during extraction process.The extraction rate of frog skin collagen crude products attained up to 26.92% under such conditions.
