摘要
介绍了国内外海底管道的发展概况,分析了海上服役钢管的载荷条件,并通过比对陆地管分析了海上服役钢管的特殊性能要求。分析结果表明:海上服役钢管载荷条件复杂多变,在化学成分、力学性能和几何尺寸等方面具有更高要求,化学成分中S和P等有害元素含量及碳当量更低;力学性能方面,增加了时效前后的纵向拉伸及CTOD试验要求,屈服强度、屈强比及硬度指标要求更高;几何尺寸方面,标准对直径、椭圆度和壁厚偏差等的要求更为严格。
The general development situation of domestic and foreign submarine pipeline was introduced; the load condition of submarine pipeline was analyzed. The special performance requirements of submarine linepipe were analyzed through comparison with land pipe. The results showed that the load condition of submarine linepipe is complex, and the requirements are higher in the aspects of chemical composition, mechanical properties and physical geometry. In chemical composition some harmful elements content and carbon equivalent are lower, such as S and P, etc. In terms of mechanical performance, increase the longitudinal tensile and CTOD test before and after aging requirements; the requirements for yield strength, yield ratio and hardness index are higher. In terms of geometry size, the requirements for diameter, ovality and wall thickness deviation are more stringent.
