摘要
本文采用三维建模和有限元分析等方法对盾构机刀盘结构受力进行了全面的分析,得到了在盾构机均衡受力情况下刀盘的等效应力和变形云图;根据力学分析结果对刀盘进行结构优化设计,满足在全断面掘进过程中的应用。本文的分析过程为其他工程项目的刀盘扭矩及盾体推力的力学分析和结构优化提供了参考。
In this paper, through analyzing the structure and stress of shield machine cutter head by the method of 3d modeling and finite element analysis, the Equivalent stress and deformation cloud pictures of the cutter head under the condition of equilibrium stresses on shield machine are obtained, structural design of the cutter head is optimized according to the result of mechanics analysis to meet the need of tunnel boring.
