摘要
本文介绍采用恒流源向电感充电,测量稳定放电的时间来测量电感值的方法 ,可以用来实现电感式传感器。将供电电源简化并降低电压,设计了测试电路,并对试验条件和数据进行分析,采用线性插值测量位移可以达到相对精度好于0.25%。数据采样频率为250Hz,保证实时性。做了RS232接口并动态数据和曲线示例。该测量原理新颖、灵敏度高,动态响应好、可以减少电感量以致减小传感器的体积。为这个方法的产品化提供了一个参考。
This article describes the use of a constant current source to charge the inductor, and then measuring stable discharge time to measure the inductance. It is used to achieve inductive sensors, simplify the power supply, reducing the voltage level to design a test circuit, and describes the test conditions and analyzes the data. Measuring displacement using linear interpolation can achieve relative accuracy better than 0.25%. Data sampling frequency 250Hz is used, to ensure real-time. Through the RS232 interface, shows an example of the dynamic data and curves. The measuring principle is novel, high sensitivity, good dynamic response, can reduce the inductance and the size of the sensor. It provides a reference for the product of this method.
