摘要
针对某型飞机铸镁合金螺栓孔裂纹和腐蚀问题,结合有限元应力分析,采用断口显微分析、金相检验、硬度检测以及成分ICP等方法对该裂纹进行研究,找到了裂纹形成的原因,提出了改进措施。
Concerning crack and corrosion of cast magnesium ally bolt hole for a certain type of aircraft,the cause of crack is analyzed through microscopic fracture analysis,metallurgical testing,hardness testing and chemical element method ICP with the combination of finite element stress analysis. In this paper,the cause of crack is found and measures for improvement are put forward.
