摘要
为及时发现有源电子式电流互感器的供能激光器是否已失效或将失效,研究了1种非接触式在线监测技术。提出通过非接触测量供能激光器所在合并单元的电源电流,结合当前一次电流值作为判据,采用Bayesian方法判别供能激光器的工作状态。据此实现的在线监测系统在贵阳三江110 k V变电站进行了长期运行测试,获取了供能激光器的运行数据并进行了分析。监测数据显示:所监测的3台电子式互感器中,第1台互感器的供能激光器性能正在发生恶化,工作电流上升至初始电流的1.2倍,判断处于即将失效状态;第2台互感器的供能激光器的性能尚处正常状态;第3台互感器的供能激光器在监测开始后的第87天左右发生拒启动故障,与实际情况相符合。结果表明,该监测系统在现场复杂环境下能准确识别激光器的工作状态,及时发现已失效的激光器,评估尚未失效的激光器的寿命。
Non-contact online monitoring technology has been researched in order to discover the lasers which are already or will be in failure, and it is proposed that the Bayesian method should be used to make a judgment of operating state of power supply lasers through measuring the current of MU's power source and regarding the currently primary current as auxiliary criterion. The long-term running test was carried out in Sanjiang 110 kV substation of Guiyang, and operating data of power supply lasers were obtained and analyzed. The monitoring data demonstrate that, among the three electronic instrument transformers under being monitored, the power supply laser of the first one is deteriorating, and its work cur- rent increases to 1.2 times the initial current by which we can judge that the power supply laser will be in failure; the power supply laser of the second one still works well; whereas the power supply laser of the third one has a failure of re- fusing to work which agrees with the practical operation situation. The result indicates that, this system can recognize the operating state of power supply lasers accurately in the complex filed conditions, discover the failure of power supply la- ser, and evaluate the lifetime status of those which are not in failure.
