摘要
研究了Ce O2掺杂聚酰亚胺薄膜对光催化降解亚甲基蓝溶液的影响。用离子交换和热处理方法,可使Ce O2负载在聚酰亚胺薄膜上。并对聚酰亚胺薄膜的水解时间、离子交换溶液的浓度、热处理温度和时间等因素进行了研究,利用XRD、XPS、SEM、TG、ICP等测试方法对薄膜进行表征和分析。结果表明,薄膜碱处理0.5 h、Ce3+离子交换溶液浓度为0.5 mol/L、在热处理480℃,热处理4 h,制得的复合薄膜对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解效率达到97%,此时每0.02 g复合薄膜含有Ce元素0.25 mg。
Preparation of CeO2 polyimide composite films were synthesized by ion-exchange method and characterized by XRD, XPS, SEM, TG and ICP. Meanwhile, the degradation of methylene blue (MB) was investigated under UV lamp to test the photocatalytie activity of the composite PI films with different pretreatment time, different Ce doped concentration and sintered at different temperature and time. The results showed that when polyimide films pretreated 0.5 h, sintered temperature was 480 ℃ , sintered time was 4 h and the ion exchange solution concentration was 0.5 mol/L, the degradation rate of MB have reached to 97% at 254 nm UV lamp after 6 h. At this time every 0. 02 g composite PI membrane contained 0.25mg Ce element.
