摘要
由农业部最新公布的动物疫病病种名录可知犬瘟热属于三类动物疫病。在犬所患的各种疾病中,犬瘟热无论是传染强度,病情的严重程度,还是死亡率都可列为榜首。不仅如此,大熊猫对犬瘟热病毒(canine distemper virus,CDV)也有高度易感性,并且犬瘟热已经成为威胁大熊猫种群数量和生命安全的第一大烈性传染病。至今为止,对于该病的防治措施除定期进行免疫接种外,全球范围内尚无特异性治疗方法。因而对于大熊猫而言,早期诊断和有效预防该病显得尤为重要。现将国内外大熊猫犬瘟热的临床诊断和疫苗免疫现状综述如下。
We knew that canine distemper was the third type of animal epidemics from the catalogue of animal epidemics which was published by the department of agriculture newly. Its infectious intensity, severity of illness or mortality rate could be list as the top in various diseases of dogs. The giant pandas were infected with CDV easily, and the population quantity and life security of giant pandas were threatened by canine distemper. So far, there were not efficient drugs for treating canine distemper and we could only vaccinate vaccines to prevent the giant pandas from CDV. Early diagnosis and effective prevention were very important for giant pandas. Now reviewed the diagnosis and immune status of canine distemper disease follows pandas abroad.
