摘要 随着我国新能源汽车发展形势日趋明朗,政府在努力推动产业朝阳发展的同时,需将动力电池安全与末端治理纳入规范化管理的轨道。通过无线射频识别(RFID)标签对每个动力电池标记唯一的识别码,在车联网终端系统上加装动力电池射频卡阅读器,使动力电池通过无线信息网络连接到动力电池安全云计算服务平台,并在平台内部加强信息技术的应用。技术实现了动力电池状态监控、动力电池行驶记录定位检测,有利于落实推进生产者责任延伸制度,提高动力电池使用规范性和安全性以及完善废旧电池回收渠道、推动动力电池的梯级利用制度,并且从生产标记、出厂跟进和对号回收实现动力电池闭合循环,使新能源汽车真正成为环境友好型绿色汽车。 As our country's new energy vehicle development situation was becoming increasingly clear, the government efforts were given to promote industrial development, but also needed to take the traction battery security and standardized management of the end of the treatment into consideration. Each traction battery must be marked by a RFID tag with a unique identification code. Install of battery power RF card reader must be set up on terminal system on vehicle networking, so that traction battery was connected to the battery secure cloud computing services platform via a wireless information network, and to strengthen the application of information technology in-house platform. A traction battery status and detecting traction battery location were monitored. Through this, the implementation of extended producer responsibility system was promoted, battery use safety and normative were improved, waste traction battery recycling channels were improved to promote the echelon use system. Achieve traction battery closed loop by means of the production mark, factory follow-up and checkmark recovery.
