介绍了盐酸深度脱吸工艺流程,针对脱吸装置易泄漏、氯化钙易结晶、运行不稳定等问题,对浓酸脱吸塔出口管道、蒸汽冷凝水管、双效换热器等进行了改造,改造后脱吸装置运行平稳,并降低了生产成本。
Process of waste hydrochloric acid desorption was introduced. In order to solve the problems that the desorption device easily leaked, calcium chloride easily crystallized and the system ran unstable, improvement were carry out on outlet pipe of concentrated hydrochloric acid desorption tower, steam condensate pipe and double-effect heat exchanger. Then waste hydrochloric acid desorption system ran stably, and the production cost reduced.
