聚丙烯/有机硅热塑性弹性体共混物的性能及微观结构 被引量:2

摘要 通过双螺杆挤出机制备了聚丙烯(PP)/有机硅热塑性弹性体(Si-TPE)共混物。研究了SiTPE用量对共混物力学性能、结晶性能和熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响,并通过红外光谱、SEM表征了共混物结构。结果表明,随着Si-TPE用量的加大,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、冲击强度和结晶温度均先升高后降低,MFR增大但不明显;Si-TPE质量分数为5%时,Si-TPE在PP基体中以孤立的橡胶粒子形式存在,粒径为50-500 nm。Si-TPE的最佳用量为2.5%(质量分数),此时,共混物的拉伸强度高达36.6 MPa,拉断伸长率为314%,冲击强度为6.1 kJ/m^2,MFR为1.6 g/10min。 Polypropylene (PP)/silicone thermoplastic elastomer (Si -TPE ) blends were prepared by twins screw extrusion. Effects of Si -TPE content on the mechanical properties, crystallization properties and melt flow rate (MFR) of PP/Si - TPE blends were studied. The structure of the blends was characterized by IR and SEM. Results showed that with the increasing amount of Si - TPE, the tensile strength, tensile elongation at break, impact strength and the crystallization temperature increased first and then decreased, MFR increased but not significantly. When the mass fraction of Si - TPE was 5 % , Si - TPE phase existed by the isolated particles in PP matrix and the particle size was 50 to 500 nm. As the optimal mass fraction of Si -TPE was 2. 5 % , the tensile strength of PP/Si - TPE reached to the maximum value of 36.6 MPa, elongation at break of 314% , the impact strength of 6. 1 kJ/m^2 and MFR index of 1.6 g/10 min.
