崂山感病黑松中松材线虫和拟松材线虫的抗生素敏感性分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用贝尔曼漏斗法,对青岛崂山地区感病黑松样本的线虫进行分离,鉴定出含松材线虫的病木样本和含拟松材线虫的病木样本。对松材线虫和拟松材线虫分离培养后,选用硫酸阿米卡星、头孢曲松钠、青霉素、硫酸链霉素、四环素和氯霉素6种抗生素对培养的松材线虫和拟松材线虫进行致死性试验。结果表明,6种抗生素对这两种线虫都具有一定致死活性,不同种类抗生素对线虫的致死作用存在明显的差异,但所有测试抗生素的致死活性均远低于阿维菌素,实验结果为崂山地区松萎蔫病的疫情评估与综合防治提供参考依据。 The diseased Pinus thunbergii samples collected from Mountain Lao region were used to isolate nematodes by Behrman funnel method.The result of identification showed that the diseased P.thunbergii samples contain Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Bursaphelenchus mucronatus,respectively.Six antibiotics,namely amikacin sulfate,ceftriaxone sodium,penicillin,streptomycin sulfate,tetracycline and chloramphenicol,were tested for their lethal effects on B.xylophilus and B.mucronatus after they were cultured in vitro.The result showed that these antibiotics had different effects on the two nematode groups,but all of the tested antibiotics showed an obvious lower lethal effect on nematodes compared with avermectin.The result of this experiment might provide some references to the evaluation and control of pine wilt disease in the Mountain Lao region.
