摘要
以《湖职院关于全面深化改革的若干意见》为行动纲领,持续、全面推进学校综合改革。通过全面深化改革,切实解决内部活力不足,外部资源不够以及队伍的眼界、能力、水平亟待提高等问题;努力以对事业高度负责的态度,着力解决制约学校改革发展的思想观念和体制机制障碍;坚持创新发展、转型发展、特色发展,引导师生员工在深化改革之路上迈出新步伐,在加快发展上实现新突破。
Guided by ＂Suggestions on Comprehensive and Deepening Reform of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College＂, in order to improve the internal vitality and enrich the external resources as well as promote the vision, capability and level of the team, we should be responsible for solving the problems on thoughts and mechanisms restricting the college＇s reform and development, adhere to innovative de- velopment, transitional development and characteristic development, lead the teachers and students to take new steps on the road of deepe- ning reform and development and make new breakthroughs on enhancing development.
