摘要
研究了磨碎玻璃纤维(MG)和轻质碳酸钙(LC)2种填料及二甲苯稀释剂对环氧树脂砂浆(EM)流动性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,MG和LC对EM的强度均有提高作用,但会导致EM流动性降低;稀释剂可有效改善EM的流动度,但会降低树脂的固化速度,并导致EM的强度降低。SEM分析表明,LC的加入提高了砂浆体系的密实度,阻碍裂纹扩展;MG纤维均匀分散在砂浆体系中,纤维的断裂和拔出吸收大量的能量,可有效分担树脂基体传递的应力。
The influence of milled glass fiber (MG) and light calcium carbonate (LC) fillers and xylene thinner on the fluidity and mechanical properties of epoxy mortar (EM) were studied. Results showed that MG and LC can improve the strength of EM, but will reduce the fluidity. Thinner can effectively improve the fluidity of EM, but will reduce the curing speed of resin and lead to decrease in the strength of EM. SEM analysis showed that LC increased the compactness of mortar system and hinder the crack extension. MG fibers dispersed in the mortar system, breakage and remove of fibers absorbed a large amount of energy, effectively shared the stress from resin matrix.
