摘要
通过分析我国职业教育中实习实训基地建设模式的现状,创新地提出了由产业园区主导的企校园共建实习实训基地建设模式。分析了产业园区对高技能职业人才的需求现状和主导共建实习实训基地对产业园区及园区企业的促进效果,并对职业院校参与共建企校园实习实训基地的需求进行了深入分析,表明企校园共建实习实训基地能大大提高实习实训教学效果,最后对企校园共建实习实训模式进行了构思,对提高我国高技能人才培养具有重大意义。
In this paper, through analyzing the current status of the vocational education practical training bases in China, we innovatively proposed the enterprise-school-park co-developed practical training base under the guidance of the industrial park, analyzed the promotional effect of the industrial park on the current demand for the high-skill vocational talents, then studied in-depth the demand of the vocational colleges to participate in the practical training base, and at the end, presented our conception of the enterprise-school-park co-developed practical training mode.
