Introduces how to stable and continuously maintain high electrolytic technology index under the condition of high current density and low copper and high arsenic system. It discusses the process improvements which include process control adjustment and electric hybrid technology in the process of electrolysis trends operation management. And it puts forward some constructive suggestions and improvement measures, such as ingredients adjustment in flash furnace and balances high ratio of mixed cold copper, etc.
