旁通清管器在湿气输送管线清管中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 在湿气输送工艺管道中,管线积液严重,使用常规清管器会造成清管液体短时间内集中到达下游,下游液体处理装置来不及处理,上游生产气量受影响的不良后果;同时由于管道内积液严重,会造成清管过程中压力波动幅度大、对弯头冲击大的影响。为了减小清管作业对正常生产和管道运行安全的影响,对旁通清管器进行了试验,利用清管器后端气流对前端液柱的喷射影响,延长清管液体到达下游处理装置的时间,达到试验目的。通过现场试验,取得了清除管线内积液、缓解下游液体处理压力、降低对生产气量影响的良好效果。 Serious effusion often happens in the pipeline with the moisture transportation technology. Conventional pigging causes pigging liquid retention in a short time and than there is no time for liquid treatment units to deal with the downstream, resulting upstream gas production. And because of the serious effusion in the pipeline, pigging process will result in large fluctuations in pressure, which will have a large impact on the elbow. In order to reduce the effects caused by pigging on normal production and safe operation, it is necessary to conduct test on bypass pipe cleaner. By using the impact of-pigging backend airier on the front liquid column, to extend the arrival time of pigging liquid to the downstream processing unit, achieving the purpose of the experiment. Field test has good effect on removal of fluid in the pipeline, relieving the pressure of downstream liquid handling and reducing the vad effects on gas production.
