摘要
目的:分析优化急诊护理流程对于急诊胸痛患者抢救效果的影响,总结胸痛急诊患者护理要点。方法:2013年7月至2013年12月收治胸痛患者142例,纳入对照组,给予常规急诊护理流程护理;2014年1月至2014年6月实施改良急诊护理流程后,共收治胸痛患者135例,纳入观察组,制定胸痛患者急诊护理流程,并进行系统性、规范性培训。结果:观察组抢救时间、开始治疗时间、平均住院时间分别为(13.6±6.7)min、(28.5±5.6)min、(9.5±3.1)d,对照组抢救时间、开始治疗时间、平均住院时间分别为(15.8±8.2)min、(26.6±3.1)min、(10.7±3.8)d,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院期间不良事件发生率为56.30%,对照组为88.73%,对照组高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:优化急诊护理流程,有助于提高胸痛患者抢救效用,进而降低不良事件发生风险,抑制疾病恶化、进展,缩短患者住院时间,对减轻患者医疗费用负担、改善患者长远预后具有积极意义。
Objective：To analyze the impact of optimizing the emergency nursing process on the rescue effect of emergency patients with chest pain and to summarize the nursing essentials.Methods：142 cases of patients with chest pain from July to December 2013 were selected in the con-trol group, who were given the routine emergency nursing.After the implementation of the improved emergency nursing process, 135 patients with chest pain from January to June 2014 were selected in the observation group, in which the emergency nursing process was formulated and a system-atic and standardized training was implemented.Results：The rescue time, beginning time of treatment and hospitalization time in the observation group were （13.6±6.7） min, （28.5±5.6） min, （9.5±3.1） d respectively and those in the control group were （15.8±8.2） min, （26.6±3.1） min and （10.7±3.8） d respectively, and the differences between the two groups were statistical significantly （ P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse events during hospitalization in the control group （88.73%） was significantly higher than that in the observation group （56.30 %） （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Optimizing the emergency nursing process helps to improve the rescue effect of patients with chest pain, reduce the inci-dence of adverse events, inhibit the progression and development of the disease and shorten hospitalization time , which is positive for reducing the medical cost and improving the long-term prognosis.
