摘要
塔里木深井及超深井储层通常埋藏深,压力温度高,在试油测试过程中工况变换频繁,致使井下管柱及工具受力复杂,为了了解酸化动态压力变化对管柱的安全影响,文章着重论述了三种酸化摩阻压力预测分析方法,并对不同方法计算结果对管柱受力变化的影响进行了对比,结果表明酸化施工泵压和排量对管柱安全影响大,从而进一步说明准确预测分析酸化动态压力对有效进行管柱受力分析和优化设计酸化施工参数具有重要意义。
Deep well and ultra- deep well in Tarim oilfield are typically characterized with deep burial and high pressure high temperature,and with frequent changes between working conditions during well testing,resulting in complex forces of downhole string and tools. In order to understand the influence of acidizing dynamic pressure changes on string safety,three acidizing friction pressure prediction analysis methods are detailed in this paper. And the influences of the calculated results for different methods on string forces are also compared to each other. The results show that acidizing pumping pressure and flow rate have great influence on string safety. It further shows that correctly predicting and analyzing acidizing dynamic pressure is of great significance for efficiently analyzing drilling string forces and optimizing acidizing operating parameters.
