连续油管钻复合桥塞工艺研究 被引量:30

摘要 目前水平压裂完井是生产页岩气的主要方法,大部分井都是用下桥塞和射孔的方法来完成压裂作业,当压裂作业后,用连续油管带马达去钻磨桥塞。国内页岩气开采单井下复合桥塞和钻桥塞数量在20个左右,对于施工作业方而言,提高钻塞作业效率是关键。通过对作业前准备和规划、钻磨设计、马达选择、液体的选择、钻压、短起次数和速度、钻磨期间是否让井生产、地面返排设备、施工紧急情况及数据分析等情况的详细分析,结合国内页岩气井的实际开发经验,不断改进创新,最终得到了一套适合国内页岩气开发过程中钻磨桥塞的推荐做法。 Recently shale gas has been mainly produced through horizontal fractural completion in China. In most of these completions,fracturing operation has been conducted by setting the plug and perforation. After fracturing,coiled tubing with motor has been applied in milling the plugs. Around 20 plugs in each well need to be set and milled during the development of shale gas,and so the plug removal process should be designed with maximum overall efficiency as the goal of operational crew. The best practices for milling plugs have been finally formed through constantly improvement and innovation of technology to satisfy the need of domestic shale gas development through the comprehensive analysis of pre- job plan,milling design,motor selection,fluid selection,weight on bit,wiper trip frequency & speed,whether the well is allowed to produce during the milling,the surface flowback equipment and operation emergency situation and data analysis,as well as the experience accumulated during the shale gas development at home.
