摘要
阅读推广是亲民、惠民、育民的文化实事和民生工程,也是公共图书馆在新时期、新环境下实现创新驱动和转型发展的重要举措。"微时代"不断刷新着人们的生产、生活方式,也深刻改变着阅读推广的内外部环境。论文分析了当前阅读推广的三个环境变量,并结合上海青浦的阅读推广案例,探讨了公共图书馆阅读推广在"微时代"的创新实践。
Reading promotion is the cultural and livelihood projects, that is close to the people, benefit to the people, cultivating to the people, and it's an important measure of the public library to realize the innovation-driven and transforming development in the new period and the new environment."Micro-era" constantly refreshed with people's production and living style, also changed the reading promotion's internal and external environment. This paper analyzes three environment variables of the reading promotion. Combined with the case of reading promotion in Qingpu, itdiscusses the innovation practice of reading promotion by the public library.
