摘要
探讨了民办学校存在的"转设"风险、生源风险和办学规模风险,提出以政策为导向,优化民办教育发展环境,保障民办教育快速崛起;民办学校投资者必须树立正确的办学理念和办学定位;同时社会和政府应该共同承担责任,民办高校经营者和办学者也必须提高风险防范机制,以保障民办学校健康持续的发展.
Investigation of institutional transformation risk, student source risk and university size risk private university are presented. For this reason, the direction on the national police, optimization of development environment for private university and protection system establish for rapid rise of private university are put forward in the paper. And the right educational philosophy and position must be established for the investors of private university. At the same time the society and the government must be in charge of the responsibility. And the operators of private university and educators must also improve risk prevention mechanism to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of private university.
