摘要
通过研究在650~1 200℃范围内,中碳MnV非调质钢铸坯强度、塑性性能随温度变化的规律,找出了其最佳塑性区温度范围。在800℃以下温度,铸坯断面收缩率不超过75%,温度上升到850℃以上时,断面收缩率有较明显的提高,特别在925℃以上,断面缩率超过95%。据此确定连铸坯在生产过程中,入矫直点的温度大于925℃、出矫直点温度大于850℃的工艺要求,以减少铸坯表面裂纹。
Through the study on strength and plasticity of medium carbon Mn V series non-quenched and tempered steel billet at different temperatures within the scope of 650-1 200 ℃,their changing rule and the best plastic zone temperature range were found. When temperature is below 800 ℃,billet percentage reduction of area is no more than 75%.While temperature rises above 850 ℃,percentage reduction of area is obviously improved. Especially when temperature is over 925 ℃,percentage reduction of area is more than 95%. According to this,it is determined that the entry point temperature is over 925 ℃ and the exit point temperature is over 850 ℃,that the billet surface crack is reduced.
