摘要
依托皖电东送淮南—上海1 000 kV特高压交流输电工程,在满足相同技术要求的前提下,对主材采用角钢、钢管、角钢钢管组合3种方案进行经济性分析和比较。分析结果表明,当钢管与角钢单价差异小于2 140元/t时,钢管方案最经济;当钢管与角钢单价差异大于2 140元/t,小于3 360元/t时,角钢钢管组合方案最经济;当钢管与角钢单价差异大于3 360元/t时,角钢方案最经济。
Combined with the Shanghai 1 000 kV ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission line project,economic comparisons of principal material selections (steel angel, steel pipe and combination of angle and pipe)for the main member are conducted on the premise of meeting the same technical requirements.Results show that if the unit price difference between the pipe and angle is less than 2 140 yuan per ton,the pipe tower is the most economical;if the unit price difference between the pipe and angle is more than 2 140 yuan per ton and less than 3 360 yuan per ton,the combination of angle and pipe tower is the most economical;if the unit price difference between the pipe and angle is more than 3 360 yuan per ton ,the angle tower is the most economical.
