摘要
法国国家铁路公司于1997年2月进行重组,开始市场化运营。对法国国家铁路公司运营模式进行研究,从其重组的主要措施、重组后企业客货运和非运输业务的具体运营模式等方面进行分析。法国国家铁路公司通过采取成立路网公司、实行事业部的组织结构、明确企业治理结构等一系列措施提高企业运营管理效率。重组后,法国国家铁路公司在客运、货运和非运输业务等方面,积极创新业务模式,延伸业务链,市场化的运营取得良好效果。通过分析法国国家铁路公司运营模式,总结其运营管理经验,从而为我国铁路企业市场化运营提供借鉴。
In February 1997, SNCF implemented a series of reforms and began the market-oriented operation. This paper mainly studies the operation mode of SNCF, analyzes its main reform measures, the specific operation mode of transport and non-transport business and so on. The analysis shows that the efficiency of enterprise is improved by adopting a series of measures, such as establishing the railway network company, implementing organization structure of the division, and clarifying corporate governance structure. After the reform, SNCF actively innovates business mode and extends the business chain. Good results have been achieved by the market-oriented operation. Through the analysis of the operation mode of SNCF, summarizing the experience of its operation and management, reference could be provided for the market-oriented operation of railway enterprise in our country.
