摘要
提出了日用陶瓷、玻璃制品外部装饰面铅、镉、铬、锌、钴、钡6种重金属元素释放量的测试过程及仪器分析方法。本文研究确定了擦拭纸要求,擦拭过程及消解过程等优化的前处理条件,用湿润的无菌纱布对制品测试部位进行擦拭,将擦拭后的纱布进行微波消解后,消解液采用等电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪进行铅、镉、铬、锌、钴、钡测定。方法检出限在1~24μg·L^(-1)之间,各元素线性相关系数r≥0.999,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.87%~2.61%,可以有效应对美国加州65法令规定的擦拭测试要求。
The method for the pretreatment and determination of Pb,Cd,Cr,Zn,Co and Ba released from exterior decorative surface of domestic ceramicware and glassware was proposed. Optimizing experimental conditions of wiping paper,wiping process and digestionprocess were researched and fixed. Moistened sterile cotton gauze was used to wipe the selected surface. Then the gauze was digested by microwave digestion,and released Pb,Cd,Cr,Zn,Co and Ba were detected by ICP- AES method. The detection limits are from 1 to 24 μg / L,with good correlation coefficient r≥0. 999.The values of RSD's( n = 6) was found in the range of 0. 87% ~ 2. 61%. The method can effectively response to the wipe test requirements of the 65 act of California.
