摘要
提出了随机场景下气体检测监测点的优化布置方法,并以某化工厂炼油装置车间内有毒气体泄漏为例,构建CFD模型并在泄漏区域内设置若干数量的气体检测监测点,获得各监测点检测到气体泄漏的时间。利用集合覆盖理论构建数学模型,调用数学规划求解器从监测点组合方案中求出最优组合,从而达到减少报警时间并节省设备费用的目的。
Optimization method is proposed arrangement un- der random scenes gas detection monitoring points, and to a cer- tain chemical plant toxic gas leak oil refining unit, for example, to build the CFD model and set a certain number of gas detection monitoring points within the spill area, access to all monitoring sites gas leak detected time. Use set covering theoretical construct mathematical models, mathematical programining solver calls the optimal combination determined from a combination of program monitoring point, so as to reduce the warning time and equipment cost savings purposes.
