摘要 采用共混的方法制备了聚丙烯/十二烷基苯磺酸钠(PP/SDBS)复合材料,研究了SDBS用量对PP/SDBS复合材料抗静电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:SDBS能明显降低PP/SDBS复合材料的表面电阻和体积电阻,从而提高复合材料的抗静电性能;PP/SDBS复合材料的断裂强度和屈服强度随着SDBS用量的增加先提高后降低,在SDBS用量为0.5份时达到最大值;PP/SDBS复合材料的断裂伸长率和断裂功随着SDBS用量的增加逐渐下降。 Polypropylene/Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(PP/SDBS) composites were prepared by blending method. The effects of SDBS content on antistatic and mechanical properties of PP/SDBS composites were studied. The results show that the surface resistance and the volume resistance of PP/SDBS decreases with the content of SDBS increasing, and the antistatic performance of the PP/SDBS composites increases. The break strength and yield strength of PP/SDBS composites increases first and then decreases with the increasing content of SDBS, and the break strength and yield strength can reach the maximum rate when SDBS content is 0.5%. The elongation at break and work of fracture of PP/SDBS composites decreases with the increasing of SDBS content.
