响应面法优化野生酸枣仁中总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:12

摘要 本试验采用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取野生酸枣仁中总黄酮的提取工艺。通过单因素试验考察了乙醇浓度、浸泡时间、超声温度和超声时间对酸枣仁总黄酮提取率的影响,并在此基础上通过响应面法获得野生酸枣仁总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,野生酸枣仁总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度64.46%、浸泡时间12 h、超声时间44.02 min、超声温度62.86℃,在此工艺条件下酸枣仁总黄酮理论提取率为1.00984%,实际总黄酮提取率为0.9269%。 The response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids in wild Ziziphi spinosae semen.The effects of ethanol concentration, soaking time,ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic time and material to liquid ratio on extraction rate of flavonoids in wild Ziziphi spinosae semen were examined, and on the basis,the optimum extraction technology was obtained via response surface methodology.The results showed that the best extraction conditions for flavonoids in wild Ziziphi spinosae semen were as follows: ethanol concentration was 64.46% ,soaking time was 12 h, ultrasonic time was 44.02 min,ultrasonic temperature was 62.86 ℃ ,the theoretic extraction rate for flavonoids in wild Ziziphi spinosae semen was 1.00984%,and the actual extraction rate was 0.9269%.
