摘要 以螺旋折叠器为研究对象,探讨了基于逆向工程的复杂曲面的反求方法,通过曲面的几何数据点云采集技术和曲面的重建技术,重建螺旋折叠器的三维加工模型。结果表明,反求出的螺旋面最大误差为0.073 mm,超过90%的点误差控制在0.02 mm以内,比较准确地反求出复杂曲面的数据模型;反求出的螺旋面曲率是连续的,最大加工刀具半径为9.6 mm,达到可加工要求。 Helicoidal folder is used as an example to study a method of the inverse evaluation for the curve surface based on reverse engineering. By its geometrical cloud data measurement and rebuilding technology, 3D model of the helicoids folder is created for manufacturing. The result shows that the maximum error between the helicoids rebuilt and the actual one is 0.073 mm, more than 90% points' error, it is within 0.02 mm and the method is used inversely evaluate the surface' s data; the angularity of the surface inversely evaluated is continuous, and the maximum cutter's radius is 9.6 mm, it meets the manufacturing demands.
