福州市医疗保险参保人数自2008年至2014年年均增长14%,参保人数净增66万多人,进一步优化了参保人员年龄结构,在职退休比由2008年的2.06:1提高到2014年的3.55:1,基金征缴率达到98%以上。持续的医保政策宣传、"五比对"的扩面征缴机制、专门的医保稽核队伍、建立地方规章等精确化精细化举措,已成为实现应保尽保、应缴尽缴的有效管理之道。
The number of medical insurance participants has been increased by 14% annually during the year of 2008 to 2014, with a net increase of more than 660000 people and a further optimized age structure of the insured. The ratio of on duty when retired increase from 2.06:1 in 2008 to 3.55:1 in 2014 and the rate of premium payment has been over 98%. Some fine management measures, such as continuously propagating health policy, expanding fund collection mechanism by "five comparisons", specializing health care audit team, and establishing a local regulations, have become effective ways to implement the goal of all insured and all payment.
