摘要
为了探究色纺纱过程中质量特征值的波动成因,通过对色纺质量波动的机理、色纺过程中各类不确定因素对质量形成过程的影响行为进行分析,并利用灰关联分析法设计了影响因素与纺纱质量之间的关联系数和关联度函数,在此基础上提出了一种色纺纱关键因素提取方法。结合试验和仿真结果,表明这种关键因素的提取方法能够精准得出影响纺纱质量的关键因素,实现了对色纺纱质量特征值波动规律的分析和各类不确定因素对色纺纱质量特征值影响的预警。
In order to study the fluctuation of quality characteristics in the process of color spinning, the effects of the quality fluctuation and the process of color spinning are analyzed, and the correlation coefficient and correlation function are designed. Combination of experimental and simulation results proves that this method can be used to determine the key factors affecting the quality of the yarn,probing analysis is done of the fluctuation of quality charcteristics in color spinning process can also be used as an alarm of the effect of various factors on the quality of the color-spun yarn.
