摘要
模拟核电厂反应堆压力容器顶盖上三个不同倾角位置的CRDM贯穿件J型接头,采用盲孔法测量模拟件的贯穿件内壁焊接残余应力。试验结果表明,贯穿件内壁环向残余应力高于轴向残余应力。在试件6点钟和0点钟位置,随着倾角的增加,焊缝中心残余应力平均水平增大;在试件3点钟位置,随着倾角的增加,焊缝中心残余应力减小。
Three mockups are made for simulating j-joint of CRDM penetrations with different inclination angles. Residual stresses of inwall surface were tested by Mathar method. Results show that the hoop residual stress is higher than the axial residual stress. By increasing of inclination angle,average level of residual stress at weld center increases at 6 and 0 o'clock positions,while the residual stress at weld center decreases at 3 o'clock position.
