摘要 近来研究发现,长非编码RNA尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(UCA1)在多种肿瘤组织(膀胱癌、胃癌、肝癌、卵巢癌等)中呈高表达,表现为原癌基因的功能,在肿瘤的发生、发展中起着关键性作用。UCA1作为一种新的生物标记,在肿瘤的诊断、治疗以及预后中具有重要作用。本文结合国内外最新报道对UCA1在肿瘤研究中的进展作一综述。 Recently, high expression of long non-coding RNA urothelial carcinoma antigen 1 ( UCA1 ) has been found in vari- ous human carcinomas( bladder urothelial carcinoma, gastric cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, ovarian cancer, etc)acting as proto-on- cogene. UCA1 is playing an important role in the development and progression of tumors. As a novel biological marker, it is indispensi- ble during the process of diagnosis, therapy and prognosis. In this view, we summarize the latest progress, both domestic and overseas, on the advance of UCA1 in tumor research.
