摘要
该文基于可持续发展理论和土地经济学理论,将绩效评价理论引入可持续发展评价体系中,借鉴已有的研究方法从土地利用投入水平、土地利用程度、土地利用效率、土地利用效益和可持续性利用力为切入点构建评价体系,建立可持续发展评价模型。通过对沈阳市土地集约利用可持续发展进行评价,定量化反映土地利用时空演化规律,揭示沈阳市土地集约利用程度可持续发展的空间差异,提出科学合理利用土地的途径和措施。
Based on the theory of sustainable development theory and land economics,introducing the performance evaluation theory of sustainable dewqopment evaluation system,the reference of the existing research methods,this palter built evaluation system and established sustainable development evaluation model from the aspects of the land use input level ,degree of land use ,land use efficiency ,land use efficiency and sustainable use force.Through tile study of the evaluation of sustainable development of land intensive utilization in Shenyang City,this paper gave the quantitative refiection of the space-time evolution of land use,revealed the spatial differences for the sustainable development of land intensive utilization in Sheuyang City.Measures and ways were put forward tor the scientific and rational use of land.
