摘要 我国流变性地层套管损坏严重,准确了解流变地层套管外载及其影响因素对套管强度设计具有重要意义。为此,基于地层流变通式,采用拉氏变换法对均匀地应力下流变地层位移方程进行了求解,建立了流变地层套管外载荷计算的新方法,分析了不同元件组成的流变模型对套管初始及最终载荷的影响规律。结果表明地层为三个或三个以下元件组成的流变模型时,套管初始载荷为流变模型中不与黏性元件或塑性元件直接并联的弹性元件所产生的套管载荷,最终载荷等于模型中所有弹性元件共同作用产生的载荷。研究成果对流变地层套管设计、延长套管使用寿命及降低套损发生率有一定的指导作用。 Rheological formation casing damage is serious in our country,it is great significance in casing design to accurate understanding of the rheological formation outside casing load and its influencing factors. Based on rheological model general formula of layer,the Laplace transform method is used to solve creep stratum displacement equation in uniform in-situ stress,the new general computing method of the casing rheological load is got,different rheological model components of casing load are also analyzed,the result shows that: when formation rheological model is no more than components,the casing initial load is the elastic elements load produced by the elastic elements which are not directly parallel to the cohesive components or plastic components,ultimate load is ultimate joint load produced by all elastic elements in the corresponding model. Research results have a certain guiding role in casing design of rheological formation,prolonging the service life of casing and reducing the incidence of casing damage
