摘要
针对国内钢铁企业高炉煤气利用现状,重点介绍了上海新华第四代DCS产品Ti SNet-XDC800在煤气发电项目中的设计与应用情况,并结合河北某钢厂30MW高炉煤气发电项目的应用实例,从该类项目的DCS系统配置、网络结构、主要控制功能、实现方法以及核心的控制策略等方面进行了详细的分析和阐述。
Aiming at utilization status of the BF gas in iron and steel plant, this article introduces emphatically the design and application of Shanghai xinhua' s fourth generation DCS products TiSNet-XDC800 in gas power generation project. The DCS system configuration of this kind of power generation project, the network structure, the mainly control function and accomplished method, the nuclear control strategy are introduced and described detailedly in this paper, with the example of a steel plant 30 MW BF gas power project in Hebei.
