摘要
介绍以三氯化磷与乙醇为原料、三氯甲烷为溶剂合成亚磷酸二乙酯 ,对反应物的配比、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂用量的影响作了较为详细的研究 ,并得出了优化的工艺条件 :原料配比C2 H5OH∶PCl3=4∶1,反应温度 6~ 8℃ ,反应时间 1h ,溶剂用量 60~ 80ml,在此工艺条件下产品收率可达 84 5 % ,纯度大于 99%
The preparation of diethyl phosphite was presented using phosphorus trichloride and ethyl alcohol as materials and trichloromethane as solvent, The influences of mole ratio, time, temperature and the mount of solevent on the reaction were studied, and the optimal technology conditioin was obtained: ethyl alcohol:phosphorus trichloride equals 4∶1;temperature of reaction 6~8℃; time of reaction one hour; amount of solvent 60~80ml. On the optimal condition, the rate of production arrive to 84.5% with purity over 99%.
